We make everything ourselves
This might sound a little old-fashioned but we are convinced that only by putting your heart and your soul into the manufacturing, by knowing every part of the product and living the spirit of the company it is possible to provide such quality.
Starting with the construction by our technicians and engineers followed by the prototype construction, several tests in our test labotary and up to the run production in our own foundry. Assembly and inspection are the last steps until the firebox inserts leave our factory premises.
Assembly and installation are done in our appendant foundry, the international foundry center in Ortrand (south Brandenburg). It is known as one of the most modern foundries in Europe and stands for innovative engineering and highest quality standards. 220 employees work on the production of the best castworks for vehicle- and furnace manufacturing.
Cast iron- the best choice
From ancient times cast iron has been used as the best material for fireplaces not only because of following benefits: cast iron is more stable as steel plate and expands less. Furthermore it has a minor scaling, the fittings are more precise, stress and twisting are lower.
This is why BRUNNER insists on using cast iron for it's fireplaces. The ovens and stoves are built with inserted nuts instead of being welded which dempts down twistings and makes it easier to change component parts if necesary.
Of course you can find cheaper ovens- but are they better?
No way! As we all know quality has its price.
BRUNNER products may be a little more expensive than comparable ones but looking at the figures it is proven that we don't only sell more but our clients are also more satisfied.
