Wood fire combustion systems that have never existed before. With their "green-line", the premium manufacturer BRUNNER from Lower Bavaria is launching an extremely clean combustion technology with an innovative combustion chamber geometry that is unique in the industry. Whether a hand-built heating fireplace, tiled stove or system fireplace: BRUNNER offers the solution for the lowest emission values - and equips you perfectly for the future.

This is made possible by a new patented combustion technology. It ensures that the "green-line" wood heating fireplaces are clean, efficient, sustainable and climate-friendly and fall below all current limit values. The heart of the technology is the revolutionary combustion chamber geometry, the so-called “grateless combustion”, which does not require a grate or ash box. The extremely clean combustion can be achieved through the targeted metering of the main and secondary air components by one single control element.

With a wood fireplace, you can now help to protect the climate, but the appliance must meet certain requirements. The following applies: The more efficient the combustion, the fewer the pollutants. The legislator makes clear specifications here – they ar largely exceeded by BRUNNER‘s BKH green series.

Thinking into the future: green +

While legal emission regulations become stricter, with the BHK green fireplaces you are on the safe side. The wood heating fireplaces can be retrofitted at any time and raised to the next level "green +" by means of a catalytic converter and electronic combustion control (EAS). The catalytic converter alone has demonstrated to reduce CO emissions by 80 percent and hydrocarbons by 50 percent, while the EAS is the perfect combination of comfort and environmental friendliness. It controls and optimises the combustion air supply, which means less wood consumption and also lower emissions.

The product-specific settings of the two air components for the respective combustion situations are determined on the test bench and mechanically preset or stored in the stove setting. All components, from the combustion air system to the outside air connection and the air flap actuator, can be easily reached and installed via the combustion chamber.

Large product range

BKH green models are now available in flat, tunnel and corner designs in 13 different formats, with more add-ons every time. The BRUNNER "green-line" also includes three system fireplaces (BSK), which are equipped with the new BKH grateless heating insert. A flat model as well as a tunnel and a corner version are available. In general, BRUNNER system fireplaces only use components of handcrafted stove construction. The BSKs are available as a ready-to-use kit with visually modern exposed concrete rings. If you want it more personalised, you can have the stove builder plaster and paint them. And like the BKH series, these models can also be raised to the next "green +" level thanks to the catalytic converter and electronic combustion control.

The HKD 13 wood fire insert in landscape format for hand-built tiled stoves is also available in green version. Due to their combustion technology, HKD series tiled stoves have always achieved low emissions, which are now optimised even further with the HKD 13 by installing the catalytic converter. The catalytic converter can be retrofitted at any time thanks to an integrated mounting ring.
